Are they cramps and spasams?

I'm carrying twins, i'm 27 weeks pregnant and not only am i having cramps in my lower belly ' i am have back spasams from my lower back all the route to my neck right when i sit down or lay down. Answers:

well doesn't sound resembling labor- probably you have a baby pinching your nerves- next point you know your hands/legs or both will go numb- I am suffering from the same problem. Pain is serious in pregnancy and can be treated I would phone call my doctor- even if it isn't labor that type of pain can induce labor and is just not healthy for you or the babies
